Member. Mavericks assigned to open & closing, please stick around until the cooker
is closed down, all equipment is stowed, lines drained, chained and locked. All other
Mavericks are expected to help with closing.

Roy Hammond: Menu and Knife Sharpening
Dewayne Bell: Have cooker loaded and ready to set
Roy Hammond & Jerry Taylor & Rex Parsons: Pick up supplies at United Food
Store and contact Martini Services for the cold drinks.
Rex Parson: Pick up bread
Reno Gustafson: Have all beer lines cleaned on Maverick Truck. We will stock it
with supplies on Thursday at your facility. Have Louis Garrett arrange for Little Bud
Cooler to be on site March 5th, for drinks storage& rib refrigeration.
Bo Drury: Set cooker at your discretion.

as necessary and arrange the cold drinks in Little Bud Cooler for storage of the ribs.
Remember Mavericks, this is a large cook so come on over and help with the
seasoning of the ribs.
BRAD GAMBLE Bill Weske :You are in charge of lighting the water heater and
turning it off. Also make sure all the water lines are drained for the winter season.
